You are receiving this notification as NCR Voyix will be transitioning to a new and improved StatusPage effective on December 2nd. This page will be decommissioned as of 1/5/2026. The new URL for the page is https://status.ncrvoyix.com. This page will be decommissioned as of 1/5/2026. During this transition, NCR Voyix will continue to update this page for any incidents and scheduled maintenance affecting availability however the new page will be the primary page that receives updates first.

To help ensure you receive continued notifications, NCR Voyix will automatically enroll you based on your current notifications via your registered email address. You will receive a link to verify your account, and this must be done to ensure you will receive notifications from the new page. Please note, it is highly recommended to use a distribution list for communications versus individual enrollment. This will ensure that everyone within your organization receives the notification should there be changes within.

If you are currently subscribed via webhooks, NCR Voyix will transfer the connections to the new StatusPage on the go-live date.

We apologize if you are currently subscribed via Slack or SMS as you will need to subscribe again to the new page as this is not transferable item within the application.
