About This Site

Welcome to the NCR Voyix Aloha status page, the place to view status of cloud services within NCR Voyix Hospitality. We use this page as the primary means of communicating incidents and scheduled maintenance to our customers. When we learn of an incident that might affect our customers, we will manually update the service status here. We mark it as degraded performance (yellow) when the service is partially available, and a Major Outage (red) when the service is completely unavailable. Keep in mind that the entire day will change color only when a full outage occurs for that day.

The uptime % reported here is the basis for any service level agreement claims made by NCR's customers.

Monitoring - The third-party vendor has successfully deployed the last known good configuration, and initial signs of recovery are now visible. Node recovery is in progress, with traffic being routed through healthy nodes, leading to continued service improvement.

Full mitigation is expected within the next four hours, by 23:20 UTC on 29 October 2025. We will continue to share timely updates as more information becomes available.

Resolved - Our support partner applied a corrective fix on Wednesday evening at 8:00 PM EDT. NCR Voyix has successfully verified the resolution in a controlled lab environment, confirming stability over a 12-hour period.

The support vendor’s Windows engineering team has rolled back the fix associated with the recent update. The current guidance is as follows:

If the patch is already installed, a simple reboot of the affected machines should resolve the issue.
If the patch has not been installed, it is recommended to install the update and then reboot the machine.
If you continue to experience any issues after following these steps, please contact the Support Desk for assistance. Our team is ready to walk you through the corrective measures.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue that may be affecting your environment following the installation of the most recent Windows OS update. This update appears to be causing errors with ATO and disrupting online ordering functionality.

Our focus remains on supporting your environment and minimizing any operational impact during this time.

Recommendation:
We advise at this time to pause performing a Windows OS update until further notice. If the update has already been applied, at the current time take the necessary steps to removing the patch and notify us of the results so we can continue to assist.
