Scheduled - NCR Voyix will begin upgrading the SQL databases for Insight, Loyalty, and Stored Value. Microsoft has announced the end of life for SQL Server 2016 on July 14, 2026, meaning no further security updates or patches will be provided for this version of SQL after that date. To mitigate security and compliance risks, NCR Voyix will migrate NCR Voyix-hosted Aloha Insight databases to a more recent version of SQL Server during the maintenance window over the coming weeks.

For non-replicated customers, this process will begin on September 11th at 01:00 EDT and continue every Monday through Thursday morning until completed.

If your data is replicated with NCR Voyix, your databases will be upgraded beginning October 10th, ensuring the criteria are met to continue replication. You will receive a separate email notification should this affect you from AEsupport.hsr@ncrvoyix.com.

We use this page as the primary means of communicating incidents and scheduled maintenance to our customers. When we learn of an incident that might affect our customers, we will manually update the service status here. We mark it as degraded performance (yellow) when the service is partially available, and a Major Outage (red) when the service is completely unavailable. Keep in mind that the entire day will change color only when a full outage occurs for that day.

The uptime % reported here is the basis for any service level agreement claims made by NCR's customers.

Investigating - We are receiving reports of users noticing a red cloud on their Silver Essentials POS running on Android.
Upstream and downstream connections to the POS are currently affected. You can expect that your chages in the Back Office will not download to the POS as well as transactions not uploading to the Back Office. Reporting will be affected until issue is resolved.
Payments processing is functioning without issues.
